When you come to the counter, you will meet one of six friendly staff members:

Chris Britnell: Chris is a fully qualified AAA rated member of the Australian P.G.A, as well as being one of the partners in the business. Chris does lessons, club fitting, as well as serving in the pro shop.

Matt Britnell: Matt is a fully qualified member of the Australian P.G.A and also is a partner in the business. Matt does lessons, club fitting, and serves in the shop.

Brendon Arthur: Brendon is also a fully qualified Australian P.G.A member. Brendon mainly serves in the pro-shop, but also takes lessons, as well as club fitting.

Ed Britnell: Ed is an "A"grade amateur golfer of many years standing who serves in the pro-shop as well giving some insightful advice on the game of golf. Ed is also the maintenance manager for the driving range.

Grant Harriman: Grant is a second year trainee professional golfer and recently had his first win in the City Golf Club Trainee Pro-Am.

Andrew Webb: Andrew also is a second year trainee who is currently ranked in the top 10 trainees in Queensland.
